The swimming pool was dirty around the edges, with a band aid stuck to the deep end floor for 2 weeks and didn’t move. When we had a rain storm both mums and our rooms flooded we had to put towels at the French doors and mums bathroom Louvre window. To be fair they called out the maintenance man who fixed it within the hour. We eventually gained entry to our room which was flooded from the air conditioning unit, dripping in 3 places at the rate of 1 drip a second. The reception staff said in a loud voice “She and He complaining that their room isn’t ready” which we found to be extremely rude and unprofessional. We had been travelling for 18 hours and we were exhausted. We had our 88 year old mother with us and her room wasn’t ready either. Room not ready, had to wait approx 2 hours to get our accommodation. Reception Staff Rude, Unhelpful and very unfriendly. Wyndham Grand Cancun All Inclusive Resort & VillasĪrrived to a very frosty reception.
